Colorno, July 22, 2026. Transfer Oil announces the publication of its second Sustainability Report, providing a clear and transparent overview of the main results achieved in 2025, the commitments undertaken, and the priorities that will shape the company’s future environmental, social, and governance efforts.

Aligned with the goals of the Paris Agreement and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the Report explains how Transfer Oil integrates environmental responsibility, a people-centered approach, and responsible governance across its operations, from manufacturing processes and energy management to employee well-being and relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders.

ESG principles are therefore not treated as a separate area of business, but as a framework that supports process efficiency, stronger controls, responsible resource management, high-quality relationships, and long-term value creation.

Concrete results and measurable progress
The Report presents the main results achieved and the progress made during 2025:
  • Renewable energy: 63% of total energy consumption came from renewable sources, supported by the full operation of the company’s Solar Park.
  • Emissions reduction: total emissions, including Scope 1, Scope 2 location-based, and out-of-scope emissions, amounted to 401 tCO₂e, an 18% reduction compared with 2024.
  • Circular economy: the project to recover plastic scrap generated during internal tube extrusion targets an approximately 70% reduction in the scrap concerned by reintegrating recovered material into the production cycle.
  • People: the Transfer Oil Group employed 137 people, supported by continued investments in training, employee welfare, well-being, and occupational health and safety.
  • Responsible supply chain: 79% of purchases were made from suppliers certified to the ISO 14001 environmental management standard.

One of the Report’s most significant initiatives is the circular economy project developed to recover plastic scrap generated during internal tube extrusion. The material is collected, ground, and reused within the production process, reducing the use of virgin raw materials and disposal costs. The project provides a concrete example of how Research and Development and sustainability can work together to improve industrial processes.

Governance is another key area of focus. Transfer Oil has strengthened its control, monitoring, and reporting tools, while reinforcing the role of its Code of Ethics as a shared framework for responsible conduct, integrity in business relationships, and transparency toward employees, customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Looking ahead to 2030
The Sustainability Report is not an endpoint, but a tool for measuring progress and guiding future action. Through clear objectives and measurable indicators, Transfer Oil will continue working toward 2030 to:
  • further reduce greenhouse gas emissions;
  • increase the share of electricity sourced from renewables;
  • improve resource-use efficiency;
  • support employee development, training, and engagement;
  • promote increasingly responsible practices throughout the supply chain.

By continuously monitoring results and transparently sharing progress, Transfer Oil aims to strengthen trust with all stakeholders and contribute to sustainable long-term value creation.

For Transfer Oil, the second Sustainability Report is therefore an important tool for transparency and market qualification. Documenting results, processes, and objectives helps strengthen the company’s credibility and reinforce a market position consistent with the technical, industrial, and organizational standards of its products and services.
